Introduction
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Unitas Hub platform and related services provided by Unitas Global Ltd.
By using the service, clients agree to these terms.
The service
Unitas Hub provides:
- Managed private business infrastructure
- Workspace tools
- CRM
- Support systems
- Marketing systems
- Social tools
- Analytics
- Password management
- Optional ERP and automation services
Services may evolve over time as the platform develops.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate onboarding information
- Maintaining secure access credentials
- Ensuring lawful use of the platform
- Managing user access within their organisation
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations
Acceptable use
Clients must not use Unitas Hub to:
- Break laws or regulations
- Store or distribute malicious software
- Abuse infrastructure resources
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Distribute spam or harmful content
- Infringe intellectual property rights
Unitas Global Ltd reserves the right to suspend services where misuse is identified.
Data ownership
Client data remains the property of the client at all times. Unitas Hub acts as a processor of client data, not the owner. Clients may request exports of their data in standard formats during or after the agreement.
Infrastructure & availability
Unitas Hub is delivered using managed infrastructure environments.
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain uptime, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance windows, upgrades, and emergency interventions may occasionally affect availability.
Billing & cancellation
Monthly agreements
May be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Annual agreements
May be cancelled with 90 days notice.
Any outstanding balances remain payable.
Support
Support is provided according to the agreed package level.
Support requests should be submitted through the approved support channels.
Response times may vary depending on package tier and issue severity.
Liability
Unitas Global Ltd will not be liable for:
- Indirect losses
- Consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business opportunity
- Data loss caused by third-party failures beyond reasonable control
Changes to the service
Unitas Global Ltd may:
- Improve features
- Modify infrastructure
- Update integrations
- Retire unsupported functionality
Reasonable notice will be provided where practical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
